RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund under our standard 14-day return policy.

To qualify for a return under the standard policy, products must remain unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return requests under the standard policy must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect or damaged item was received.

Orders that have entered fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch cannot be cancelled.

Subscription renewal orders that have already been processed are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

90-DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE

Customers participating in our 90-Day Performance Guarantee must complete a minimum of 90 consecutive days of product use as directed.

To qualify for a refund under the 90-Day Performance Guarantee, customers must provide:

- A semen analysis completed before beginning product use
- A follow-up semen analysis completed after at least 90 days of continuous use
- Proof of purchase
- Evidence reasonably demonstrating consistent product usage during the 90-day period

Refund requests under the 90-Day Performance Guarantee will only be considered where submitted documentation shows no measurable improvement in relevant sperm health parameters.

All guarantee claims are subject to review and verification by our support team.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or failed delivery attempts.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support within 48 hours of delivery confirmation and include supporting photos where applicable.
