Frequently Asked Questions

About the Protocol

What is the 90-Day Protocol?

A daily, five-compound formula taken for at least one full sperm regeneration cycle. Sperm cells take roughly 74 days to mature, so a 90-day window is the natural unit of measurement when retesting.

How long should I take it for?

The minimum unit is one full cycle of about 74 days. Most couples plan for two or three cycles before retesting or before any scheduled IUI or IVF, depending on where they are in the timeline.

What is in the formula?

Five compounds, each chosen for a specific role: 300mg Ubiquinol CoQ10 (the absorbable form), 10mg piperine (an absorption cofactor), 500mg ALCAR, 300mg ALA, and 20mg PQQ. The Supplement Facts panel is on every bottle.

Is Nerelle a medication?

No. Nerelle is a dietary supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Anyone with an existing medical condition or who is taking medications should speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new supplement.

Common questions from readers

I've already tried CoQ10 and nothing happened. Why would Nerelle be different?

Most over-the-counter CoQ10 is the cheaper ubiquinone form, typically dosed below the level used in research, and without an absorption cofactor. Nerelle uses 300mg of the absorbable Ubiquinol form together with piperine, plus the four supporting compounds standard CoQ10 leaves out.

My semen analysis came back normal-ish but we're still not getting pregnant. Is Nerelle for us?

This is one of the more common situations our customers describe. Sperm count, motility, morphology, and DNA fragmentation each contribute to conception, and a basic analysis can miss some of them. Nerelle is built around the cellular fuel system that supports sperm health overall — not any single number.

What if the issue isn't with my partner?

You don't need a diagnosis to start. Sperm quality is simply one of the few fertility factors a man can directly support over a 74-day window. Doing your part is reasonable regardless of what the rest of the picture looks like.

I'm on TRT (or recently stopped). Does Nerelle work for me?

TRT suppresses the body's own sperm production, and recovery is a rebuilding process. Nerelle supplies cellular raw materials that support that rebuilding. It is not a substitute for medical advice — please speak with your doctor about TRT timing — but it is well-suited to that window.

We have IVF scheduled. Is it too late to start?

Probably not. Sperm matures over roughly 74 days, so the cycle you start today is the cycle that will be used at retrieval. The weeks before IVF are some of the highest-leverage days you have for sperm-side preparation.

Ordering, shipping, and subscriptions

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging with nothing on the box that identifies what is inside.

When will my order arrive?

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days and delivery times depend on your destination. Full details are in our Shipping policy.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, change frequency, or cancel any time before your next renewal date through your account portal. The full terms are in our Subscription policy.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes — including a 90-Day Performance Guarantee tied to before and after semen analyses. The full conditions and documentation requirements are in our Refund policy.

How will I know it is working?

Get a semen analysis before you start and a second after a full 74-day cycle. The two readings are the simplest objective comparison and they are also the basis of the guarantee.
