Nerelle began with a simple observation: men's fertility care has been left behind.

When couples set out to conceive, the standard playbook focuses overwhelmingly on the woman — her cycles, her supplements, her tests. The man is largely left out of the picture until something goes wrong. By then, the path forward usually jumps straight to specialist appointments, expensive procedures, and the assumption that there is nothing he can do himself.

We built Nerelle to fill that gap.

The 90-Day Protocol is designed around the biology of sperm regeneration. Sperm cells take roughly 74 days to mature, which means the cycle that begins today is the one that will appear in a semen analysis three months from now. The protocol supplies a five-compound formula — Ubiquinol CoQ10, ALCAR, ALA, PQQ, and the absorption cofactor piperine — in forms the body can actually use. It is the routine many couples choose to follow during the window before retesting, IUI, or IVF.
